Westlakes Access & Support continue to strive to be and employer of choice. Management and the Committee recognise staff commitment and resilience. Our staff are now expected to have a qualification when working in the disability sector. The role has intensified and staff have been upskilled to maintain the ability to perform intensive supports at a level required for registration compliance under the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.
