Our Homes

Westlakes Access & Support operate in the West Lake Macquarie area of the Hunter Valley NSW. Our homes are 5 bedroom and each person has sole use of their bedroom and shared use of the rest of the home. All bedrooms in the homes are fitted with built in wardrobes. Items to add a personal touch to the bedroom to individualize are welcome. The shared living areas of the homes include fully accessible bathrooms & toilets.

The lounge rooms & dining rooms are fully furnished and kitchens and laundry have all the modern equipment. Our homes have outdoor living area’s for entertaining guests, with BBQ’s, private court yards and raised garden beds.

Small items of furniture and appliances may be bought to the homes for personal use. E.g. reclining lounge chairs, desks, personal computers, televisions.
Computer access and Wi-Fi is available.
The home has off street parking for personal or guest use.
The shared areas of the home are temperature controlled with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning.

The homes are situated in close proximity to Speers Point Park, the library and council chambers. The local shopping precincts of Boolaroo, Teralba and Woodrising as well as Glendale shopping complex all within a 5 minute drive.
The homes are also situated on a main bus route and Teralba, Boolaroo & Cockle Creek train stations are minutes away.

Booragul

Our home in Booragul has been home to our residents since 1989. The house has been lovingly maintained & renovated but still retains some of its old character.

The house sits on a large residential block and is very spacious inside.

Speers Point

Our Speers Point home is located in a quite Cul- de- sac opposite Speers Point park.

The home is well maintained and modern. On a large, private, low maintenance block.
